The Protocol of the Kingdom of God
33 But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.

1 If ye then be risen with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ sitteth on the right hand of God.
2 Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth.
3 For ye are dead, and your life is hid with Christ in God.

The world "first" is the Greek word proton which means first in time, space, order, or importance. Jesus was teaching us to put the kingdom first in the order of importance. We are to put the kingdom first in our time and first in our space. Protocol comes from the Greek word protokollon which was the first sheet of scroll that bore the date of the manufacture. The word came from two words proto which meant first and kollon to glue together. Scrolls were pages glued together at the edges and then put on rolls. The first page was know as the protokollon by the Greeks. Around the 15th century the word protocol become known as the prologue or the preface of documents or transactions. From there it became known as the proper code of conduct that heads of states would use in the handling important affairs of state. The protocol of the kingdom of God is how the affairs of the kingdom are conducted. It the accepted way of the kingdom. Jesus told us to seek the kingdom of God first and the natural necessities would added to our lives, because God's kingdom rules all.
19 The Lord hath prepared his throne in the heavens; and his kingdom ruleth over all.

God's prepared His throne in the heavens and His kingdom rules over all. There are two kingdoms in the spirit realm, the Kingdom of God and the kingdom of Satan. Believers are born into the Kingdom of God are translated out of the authority of the kingdom of Satan.
12 Giving thanks unto the Father, which hath made us meet to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light:
13 Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son:

3 Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.
4 Nicodemus saith unto him, How can a man be born when he is old? can he enter the second time into his mother's womb, and be born?
5 Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.
6 That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.
7 Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again.
8 The wind bloweth where it listeth, and thou hearest the sound thereof, but canst not tell whence it cometh, and whither it goeth: so is every one that is born of the Spirit.

God has made us able to partakers of saints inheritance in light translating us from the authority of darkness into the kingdom of His beloved Son. We are born again and can see the kingdom of God. The word "again" is the Greek word anothen which means "from above". We that are born again are born from above that is the kingdom. The reason we can both see and enter the kingdom of God is because we have been born of it. Jesus says that new birth is of water and Spirit. We are born into the realm of the Spirit. In that realm we are made free from the realm of sin and death. The protocol of the kingdom of God is in the Spirit hidden with Christ in God.
Jesus says the Spirit blows where it wills and you can hear the voice thereof but cannot tell where it came from and where it is going so is every one who is born of God. The word "sound" is the Greek word phone which means voice or sound. The word "bloweth" is the Greek work pneo which means to blow. In the Spirit there are two opposing kingdoms the one is light and good the other is darkness and evil. Just as the physical world is operated, governed and functions by laws the spirit realm is operated and governed by laws. The physical world functions by physical laws such as gravity. The spiritual world functions by spiritual and moral laws. Spiritual laws are superior to physical laws.
Before Adam and Eve ate of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil only the kingdom of God operated in the earth world they lived in. Only the righteousness of the kingdom of God existed in this world. The laws that governed this earth was life. Adam and Eve lived in the realm of spirit and life. Adam and Eve knew only the goodness of God. After they ate they by there choice released the law of sin and death.
12 Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned:
13 (For until the law sin was in the world: but sin is not imputed when there is no law.
14 Nevertheless death reigned from Adam to Moses, even over them that had not sinned after the similitude of Adam's transgression, who is the figure of him that was to come.

Adam became the door to sin and death. Through Adam men became separate from the spirit realm and light and life of God. One of the chief laws of the spirit realm is the law of the ripple effect. That law is a law of energy and spirit. Every thought a measure of energy every word carries even more a measure of energy and actions even more energy than thoughts or words. Adam has such power with God that when He ate of the tree that action release a ripple that would affect every human who would ever be conceive in a womb. The totality of thoughts, words, and actions of every human that has lived in this since the fall has caused a spiritual force so energized and pregnant with evil and sin that no human can resist it on their own. Only Christ Jesus the capable to overcome the ripple effect that Adam released on the earth followed by the thoughts, words, and actions of every human who has lived since Adam and Eve.
Energy is neutral it can be used for good or for bad. The energy of your thoughts can lift up others or restrain them. The energy of your words can aid people or serve to bind them or hold them back or hinder them. This is the protocol of the kingdom. We either bless people with our thoughts and words or we curse them. The other aspect of sending out negative energy to others it returns back to us.
1 Judge not, that ye be not judged.
2 For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again.
--- Matthew 7:1-2
The negative you send out is measured by to you. That is the protocol of the kingdom. It is only through the power of the Holy Spirit that we can enter the spirit realm and influence it rather just being influenced by it. Christ Jesus came and released another ripple effect that is greater than Adam's ripple. Christ ripple was supernatural and it went in two directions, back in time and forward to the future. Christ ripple overshadows Adam's ripple it is a wave of life and redemption. As we step into Christ ripple we are made free from the law of sin and death.
2 For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death.

Christ ripple is the law of love, light, and life an eternal wave. There are two ripple streams in the spirit realm. The Adamic ripple and the Christ ripple.
15 But not as the offence, so also is the free gift. For if through the offence of one many be dead, much more the grace of God, and the gift by grace, which is by one man, Jesus Christ, hath abounded unto many.
16 And not as it was by one that sinned, so is the gift: for the judgment was by one to condemnation, but the free gift is of many offences unto justification.
17 For if by one man's offence death reigned by one; much more they which receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness shall reign in life by one, Jesus Christ.)
18 Therefore as by the offence of one judgment came upon all men to condemnation; even so by the righteousness of one the free gift came upon all men unto justification of life.

The ripple effect of sin and death came through Adam, but the overcoming ripple effect of grace and righteousness to life came through Christ Jesus our Lord. The realm of the Kingdom of God is the realm of the Spirit of God. Seek ye first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness and the things of the natural will be added.
